With this service, families will receive a customized package with a cover letter taking them through the signing process of all the enclosed documents step-by-step. Also included in the package are pre-addressed/stamped envelopes, and copies of all correspondence for their files. An associate will review over 150 items and choose only those which are necessary and relevant to your situation. This uncomplicated four step process is ideal to assist you during a difficult time.

The Four Step Process

To start the process, one of our Associates will contact you to collect all the details needed which will take approximately 30 minutes of your time. Second, our associate will review over 150 items and will only select documents that are relevant to your case. Third, all the appropriate documents are completed and mailed to you ready for signature. Lastly, you complete the process by signing all the appropriate documents and drop the ready-stamped envelopes in the mail. Should you have any question throughout this process, our compassionate associates are pleased to assist you and guide you through any documents.
